Many of the people I work with have tried therapy in the past and felt like something was missing. Often, they’re looking for a space where they feel more deeply understood and where the work goes beyond surface-level conversations.

I don't use one modality for everyone, instead, I use a blend of approaches thoughtfully tailored to each one of my clients.

Our True Expression PLLC offers solely online therapy. Many of our clients find online therapy to be a convenient and comfortable alternative to in-person therapy. Rather than worrying about traffic during your commute or fitting therapy into your busy schedule, online therapy gives you the ease and flexibility you need to heal. Studies even show that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy.

Our True Expression PLLC is considered an Out-Of-Network provider for many insurance companies. We provide Superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We strive to make therapy affordable to EVERYone. Please inquire about our sliding scale rates ($50 - $150)

No, I am currently only licensed to provide therapy across the state of New York. This means if you are a New York resident we can work together. If you are interested in coaching services and reside outside of New York, please contact me and we can discuss your options.

Yes. Many of the people I work with identify as neurodivergent or highly sensitive, while others simply feel that their minds work a bit differently. I take an individualized, non-pathologizing approach and aim to support you in understanding your needs and navigating the world in a way that feels more aligned.
